Price was great, but packaging was not so great

We received our nursery rug pretty quickly and I was happy with the price. However, when the rug arrived, it was folded in a broken cardboard box. A third of the rug was basically exposed. After unfolding the rug, I noticed the rim was snagged/damaged in a couple of places, and the crease still exist after a couple of weeks laying flat. We have never seen a rug delivered that way. It was usually rolled up nicely with plastic wrapping. It was a bit disappointing.
